Shipping Policy & Processing Times

Every order is carefully prepared before it’s shipped. Please review the processing times below based on the item(s) you’ve purchased.


Ready-to-Wear Wigs

Ready-to-wear wigs require 3–7 business days for processing.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

Every wig is customized, inspected, and styled before it leaves our studio to ensure it arrives ready to wear. 

Raw Bundles & HD Lace

Raw bundles and HD lace closures/frontals require 2–5 business days for processing.

Once processed, orders ship within 1–3 business days.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order wigs require 21–27 business days for sourcing, customization, and styling unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once complete, your order will ship within 1–3 business days.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered immediately after your purchase is complete.

A download link and/or access instructions will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

If you do not receive your digital product within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Please Note: Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Laid By Ify is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us directly to file a claim with the shipping carrier as all orders are insured prior to ship out

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. All billing and shipping addresses must match on orders placed.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
