SHIPPING POLICY

Processing takes 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not processed on Sundays, Saturdays or holidays. 

Orders ship out in 1-3 business days after the order has been processed. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking info to the email address used to place your order. 

PRE ORDERS take 3-4 weeks unless stated otherwise.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to find a resolution.

If you received your order and it contains the wrong or missing item please contact us immediately via email at info@laidbyify.com. Please include the following:
- Customers name, order number, description of the problem, photo proof of wrong or missing item

Orders canceled due to customer error are subject to pay a 15% restocking fee. Please be sure to review your order before purchasing.
