At Laid By Ify, every wig is customized and prepared specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our products and sanitation standards of our hair extensions and wigs, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on wigs, bundles, HD lace, or digital products.

Order Issues
If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@laidbyify.com.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
• Your full name
• Order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photo or video proof of the item(s) received
Once your claim has been reviewed, we’ll work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations
Orders canceled at the customer’s request before processing begins are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Once an order has entered processing or customization, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Laid By Ify is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Due to the instant delivery of digital products, all digital product sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges as they are immediately delivered to the email used at checkout to deliver your order and access immediately
